I'm not trying to be funny in my title for this review...this is one of the most intense CD's I've ever listened to! From the moment it started, I was one with it! For meditation, or taking you to new heights this was so incredible. you can feel yourself merging with the waves, and being carried to where you want to be! If everyone listened to this CD there would be world peace!

All of his CDs are worthwhile and great to dance to. but this is pure healing sound. takes you verrrry deep. The best for Yoga Nidra!
