bland, and boring... thick crust. My daughter wouldn't eat the fish at all due to the trout's skin which has a slimy consistency. The fish had no flavor and no texture. The crust is like a big, thick blanket of a pre- processed mashed up casing, not a traditional bread crumb / with cheese topping. It has no texture and the flavor is lacking. |
