DELICIOUS!
Made a stew in a crock pot with the brisket. DELICIOUS! I order from Omaha Steaks regularly and the product always arrives well packaged, frozen and is shipped quickly.

Omaha Steaks 1 (2lb) BBQ Beef Brisket
I didn't care for the taste, and texture of this brisket. It tasted like it was steamed, and then put into a BBQ brine that was overly salted. High in sodium. Will not buy again.
