While nowhere near as riveting or enthralling as his debut CD (2003's now-deleted "Hell At The House"), this 2004 release has much to recommend it. Like Willie Clayton, Floyd Taylor, Sir Charles Jones and Mel Waiters, Omar Cunningham is a contemporary Southern R&B singer with very strong Blues and 1970s Soul influences. Hopefully, he will release an album just as good as "Hell At The House" in the near future.
