I started using a safety razor over a year ago. I bought this product because it had a brush that came with it. The cream is long gone, but the brush still works great. I had received an expensive badger hair from an in-law, but this cheap brush is my favorite. I put the other brush away.

The absolute best shaving soap! The razor glides to the closest shave ever. Great scent and leaves skin in great shape

As soon as I got the package I could smell something fresh. The aluminum tube had cracked! This didn't curb my enthusiasm. Not much was lost but I couldn't resist using it.
The brush is the Omega quality you can expect. Great for soaps and ideal for creams.
I couldn't help but compare my Proraso cream with the Omega. It has an identical smell (Omega's eucalyptus scent is less potent)with similar slickness and performance.
After a little research I discovered that both creams are manufactured in the same facility.
I like this cream for evening shaves. Since the scent is a bit subdued compared to the Proraso I like it because the scent is not keeping me "up." That's why I like a minty smelling cream with a kick in the morning.
What can I say. Great price. Every wet shaver should at least own one Omega boar brush.

First, be warned, the directions I got with this were lacking. It's just shaving cream, right? Well, if you've never used a tube of cream, it's probably good to know how to use it. A little goes a long way, otherwise you'll end up with excess soap on your skin.

The brush: Bristles seem good. Plastic handle. For the way it's made, appears to be a decent brush (for the price). I've had new brushes before that were inexpensive that were falling apart BEFORE the first use. This one appears to be pretty decent so far.

The Shaving Cream: I like it. It was quite soothing to the skin. A little goes a long way though. Best to apply small dabs and add if you need more, but you only need a very small dab.

I haven't try the shaving cream yet. The brush is way better than my previous $4 brush. This is a great deal for a brush + shaving cream. The brush does lose a few hair from each shave but from my research it will stop after awhile. After 2 weeks of use, it is still in great shape and very soft.

This is a great shaving cream and the brush is very good quality for the price of this combo. All you need to do is wet the brush, put a little cream on it and go at it. This cream beats anything that comes out of cans.
Try it and you will not go back to using anything you shoot out of a can.
