I have never been happy with Omega 3 supplements due to their causing fishy burps throughout the day.

These gummies do NOT cause that reaction with me!

I have no problem taking them and will continue to do so faithfully. If it weren't for the taste, I would rate them a 5. Yes, they are sweet enough to mask some of the taste, but still...it takes some getting used to, to get past it altogether.

Considering the task Vitafusion had of making an edible gummy that contains concentrated fish oil without creating burps, they did very very well and I am happy enough with the results. I am on my second bottle.

But don't forget I warned you, the taste does take some getting used to. ;)

I bought these after I ran out of the Vitafusion Omega 3's with DHA/EPA. I didn't realize that these were any different until I got home and looked at the old container. The ones with DHA/EPA taste great, but avoid the ones with only DHA. I noticed the smell right away when I opened the bottle, but I managed to choke two of them down, and had an awful fishy taste lingering for several minutes after. Ugh. So Gross.

it hard to tell if omega 3 supplements actually work without years of studies but if you want to take it just in case, this is the way to go. tastes great easy to take. plus no bad gas or breath like other fish oil products can cause. i have read that omega-3 supplements can be degraded by sunlight so keep these in a covered area like a cabinet.

These are simply disgusting. They are coated in sugar for some reason, which doesn't make them very healthy. Worse than that, the sugar doesn't alleviate the fish gut taste or smell so taking these is much like chewing on a dead fish rolled in fake-tasting sugar. They have no "flavor" other than fish guts. I don't understand how anyone could actually chew these. I try to swallow them whole, which is almost impossible because they're too big. I have to chew them at least a little. It nearly makes me gag. As someone who has a hard time taking vitamins and supplements (I hate swallowing big pills!), practically gagging on something doesn't really motivate me to take it again. These were a waste of money. I'd rather swallow 5 huge gel caps of fish oil and deal with fish burps. These are so bad they make you want to brush your teeth!
