MY ONE STAR IS ONLY REGARDING IT NOT BEING VEGETARIAN THOUGH IT APPEARS TO BE. THIS PRODUCT MIGHT BE GREAT IF YOU'RE NOT VEGETARIAN. IN GENERAL I LIKE SOURCE NATURALS PRODUCTS, BUT THE DESCRIPTION HERE DESCRIBES THIS FLAXSEED OIL PRODUCT AS BEING VEGETARIAN. THIS IS MISLEADING. TRUE FLAXSEED OIL IS VEGETARIAN, BUT THIS PRODUCT IS NOT BECAUSE IT CONTAINS GELATIN. THIS IS NOT JUST AN ISSUE WITH SOURCE NATURALS, BUT WITH MOST COMPANIES. FOR THOSE WHO ARE VEGAN/VEGETARIAN, BE SURE TO READ THE INGREDIENTS OF ALL VITAMIN LABELS BEFORE ORDERING SOFTGEL PRODUCTS. THE INGREDIENTS ARE NOT LISTED HERE WHICH IS CONFUSING. I HAD TO GO TO THE SOURCE NATURALS WEBSITE TO CHECK AND IT DOES IN FACT CONTAIN GELATIN. HOPE THIS INFORMATION HELPS FOLKS BEFORE THEY PLACE AN ORDER.
