The mount is sturdy and comes with everything you need. It does cost more than some other brands which I hadn't seen close up so I cannot compare the less expensive mounts.
Also, count on having another set of hands, mounting is a two person task.
I was a little surprised that the TV when mounted comes out so far from the wall. If you don't need the tilt feature you may be able to save some space with a fixed model.
P.s. After a period on months the mechanism that keeps the TV at a tilt failed, so I had to prop the TV up with a block of plastic in order to maintain the viewing angle. Either the unit was not stable enough to support the weight of a 32" TV, or it is defective.

I picked this unit up to mount a Polaroid 26" LCD flat panel. I had to return a local unit I purchased from Wal-Mart due to the wall mounting bracket not being wide enough to accept the mounting pattern of the LCD. This one was just wide enough to accept the width of the mounting pattern on the back of the LCD and still tuck inside the edges of the flat panel. It comes with all the hardware for virtually any unit you put up and the build seems very solid. In reality I would give this a 4.5 out of 5 due to the only issue being the plastic pieces that line the brackets. They just kept falling off before I could put it in place so I SuperGlued them on. They really should have designed that different but other than that this mount is hard to beat. As a plus the center is open so you can place it around an electrical outlet or a plug panel for your components which is what I did. Better than the ones in Wal-Mart for the same price!

This Omnimount Tilting wall mount is exactly what I needed. Install was easy even though I could not get all four lag bolts into studs, but my walls are on 24" centers and the unit is just a little over 16" wide. Nothing a few spring anchors couldn't fix. The product came very nicely packaged with plenty of inflated air bags for protection. I really like how close the tv mounts to the wall but you need to connect all your components and power a head of time or be prepared to remove the tv from the mount when connecting and disconnecting items.

I used this mount to hang a 37" Panasonic LCD a bedroom wall.

This mount is very sturdy and is easy to install over the wall studs. The included hardware worked well. The lag screws used to attach the mount to the wall seem like overkill given the small screws that are used to mount the TV to the brackets. Some users have said that the TV sticks out farther than expected, but I did not find that to be the case. In fact I was unable to use the outlet mounted surge suppressor I had purchased because there was not enough clearance. The tilt obviously means that there had to be some distance from the wall in order to accommodate the angle. With the bottom of the TV nearly touching the wall I have less than 4" of clearance from the top-back of the TV to the wall.

The latching mechanism is nice since it does not rely just on gravity to keep the set on the bracket. There is also a place to padlock the set to the wall mount if you are working about theft. You should plan on having a second person available to help you hang the set.
