This is a CHILD size cuff, not an adult cuff. I am a nurse and this would only fit an anorexic adult! Functionally, I am sure it is fine. The manufacturer should list the length of every size of cuff they sell. I had to send this one back and get the Omron H-CR17, which IS big enough for a normal size adult!

Since I returned it, I really don't know about the quality of this product. The description of the cuff matched my IntelliSense base unit exactly; however, the insert on the cuff was too small to attach to the monitor. There was no way to adjust either the cuff insert or the base unit receptacle.

We had bought the expensive OMRON BP Machine and I used it for some time with acceptable results. However the software is VERY poor and even with their attempts to help via phone, getting satisfactory enough results to give my cardiologist were never possible under WINDOW 7. Had to go to old laptop with XP to get it to work. Tech admitted they were not getting good results under W7, even with XP emulation. ALSO the Results read from the machine in real-time, did not match the readings for same time/date in the Program. We had to send it back "for Calibration" (You pay shipping both ways!) and it came back with statement "Calibration OK, Return to sender".
Thanks folks, AND they had no current solution or in the works.

Later, the Wife (not a "twiggy") had a Stent put in and tried to use the machine with the supplied cuff, with insufficent closing of the cuff to get a reading (Unless I manually stuck my fingers under it (at smallest setting) to get one. Called again they said we "needed a new cuff.. probably not tight enough.." (Like we didn't know that?), so we ordered one and same problem with new cuff. Despite warrantee in effect ("cuffs excluded" if over a certain time)- Return would have been almost the price of the cuff so gave it away and bought a $69 CVS BP machine one which works perfectly for both of us and has great software - even under W7!!

My wife has a small arm so to check her pressure this cuff was just right. The cuff plugs in easily and duplicated doctors office readings. I would recommend this for home use to keep track of this vital data.

I bought this use with my Omron HEM-711. The pressure hose fits the base unit opening perfectly. The component material is top quality and well made. Thank-you Omron.

WE had to return this product, but not because it was defective. This item did fit our current BP machine.

Product as described. My only problem is that Omron doesn't have a universal fitting on all of their monitors for their cuffs. You have to buy a specific monitor for this cuff.

Finally a blood pressure cuff that fits my 10 year old daughter. This one fits perfectly into my ReliOn auto blood pressure monitor model HEM-741CREL. ReliOns are made by Omron. I ordered it thinking that I'd have to pull out the original cuff's plug to use with this one but instead it was an exact fit.
