Our health insurance company sent us an Omron pedometer to track our steps each day. We lost it before we ever got to use it so I ordered this one from Amazon.com. We received it within a few days and it is one of the best pedometers I've ever used. It can track your steps and determine which steps are aroebic. You can just slip it in your pocket and forget about it. It is also very simple to upload your information to a computer and track your progress with graphs. It is very simple to use. We also have to upload to a website for our health insurance and it was very easy figure out and upload at the end of each week. This pedometer is definitely worth purchasing.
