Must Have
If your serious about your health and fitness this is a must have. I check my body composition everyday and seems to work like its supposed to, it also arrived fast!

laughable results
Although these items are popular at many gyms, the results are laughable. I bought one, and for laughs compared it to caliper and hydrostatic (gold standard) tests. At 8% bodyfat, it listed me at 16%. At about 12% bodyfat (still with a six pack), it had me at obese.
