My husband was so happy that I found such a good book for our son that makes Daddy's special and not silly. My son loves to be read this and the digital version is just fine. I just wish there were more books like this for Daddy's and sons.

Great book!
It's short for a toddler's bedtime story.
And it's very imaginative. I love encouraging children to have an imagination. Each page is a different place the child is with their daddy - like a jungle and a construction site. It's fun to see what is next?
I also love it's a daddy and me book... it's great to see a good image of a father in a book.
Maybe there will be another book with mommy?

Awwe! My little ones and I loved this book! Not only do the rhymes in this book come easily and seem very natural, but the pictures are wonderful and compliment the story exactly. I remember feeling like this little guy does when I was a little girl and my daddy would carry me around on his shoulders. This book is so sweet and very well formatted. I recommend this to anyone looking for a bedtime story appropriate for a young child. I wish it could have been just a little longer, but that is just selfishness because it was so cute we hated to see it end.

Peter has been illustrating children's books for over 25 years. As well as his own styles of illustration, he works for many publishers as a licensed character illustrator, on famous favourites such as Thomas the Tank Engine, Dora the Explorer and Mona the Vampire to name a few. Peter lives and works in South Wales, sharing his house with one wife, one daughter, but four cats.
