I remember it was Halloween and my sister decided to go to school in a costume consisting of only balloons. Talk about taking a social risk. Still to this day I shake my head when I think about it. She came home later that day and most of the kid's had made fun of her, but to her credit she didn't bat an eye. I think this book and Self Esteem (A Kid's Guide to Being a Winner) could do a lot for kid's struggling with confidence and self-esteem issues.
