Great clouds of German philosophy mixed with some more accessible theory.
I'm giving this book less than five stars because I had a hard time with it, not because of any incorrect material in the book. Many chapters were simply too esoteric for me. I would have been better served by a more simple introduction.
Still, I do enjoy reading the original texts in this field, and I learned from the more concrete chapters on attacks and retreats, night fighting, morale, the necessity of experience to function in combat.
