5.0 out of 5 stars Wow, December 24, 2004
A Kid's Review
I loved this book it was my favorite out of the three. If you have read the first two you will love this one.it is about when Emma goes back in time and tries to break the family curse and goes back home with this knowlege.Thinking she is about to end the family curse she has to go through alot more then she expected.

I would recomend this book pre-teen and teens in their early teen years.

5.0 out of 5 stars Baker does it again, June 18, 2005
I am more impressed each time I read this author. The tone is appropriately light for a semi-satiric fantasy without becoming too cutesy/silly. The characters are a delight, and the ending was both touching and hilarious. Highly recommended!

5.0 out of 5 stars Such A Good Book!!!, April 22, 2008
This review is from: Once Upon a Curse (Hardcover)
Once Upon A Curse is a book that every book lover should read (after you've read The Frog Princess and Dragon's Breath of course)... It has time travel, fairys, dragons, harpies, and other magical creatures too. Captivating with kind and snotty ancestors that Princess Emma meets when she's trying to solve the family curse's mysteries... along with Eadric, Lil, and some magic she's bound for a journey no one's gone on before!

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect, September 10, 2006

I can't get enough of Emma and Eadric, and I'm almost dissapointed that it'll be another 48 hours before I can get to a bookstore to buy the fourth book.

You could say this book is more of the same things from the other two, but it's still amazingly successful. Eadric is charming and exasperating (like most teenage boys), Emma is wise but clumsy (like most teenage girls), and everyone is just so well done and out of the ordinary. This series turns fairy tales on their head in a perfect way.

An absolute must read for anybody that likes fairy tales, at any age.

5.0 out of 5 stars really good book, March 15, 2009
A Kid's Review
This book is a book that is fantasy. It is a book that I think it should be for 7 and up kids. Because I am 7 and I am a really good reader. It has some words that are a little hard but the rest is the right level for a 7 year old.The book can be a little scary that is why I think you should be 7 and up to read it.

We bought the Frog Princess from a school bookfair. I've been reading it to my 8 year old daughter. We both enjoyed the book so much, I bought the next two in the series on Amazon. These are wonderfully funny, engaging stories. This is a children's auther I would highly recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Exciting and Adventerous Book, November 18, 2006
A Kid's Review
If you are looking for a book jam-packed with suspense and adventures, this is definitly the right book for you. There was so much suspense, sometimes I would skip pages. Even though the book fills you in on most of the stuff in Frog Princess and Dragon's Breath, I still recommend reading the first two books as well.
