If you're tired of the low-flow, water-saving heads (2.5GPM) that make you spend even more time in the shower trying to rinse of, then get this head. It has a removable flow limiter (red piece inside) to give you better pressure, therefore giving you a better shower. Other heads may have this feature, but this is the only one I've seen.

This is the second Regent Six shower head I have purchased and I think it is a good value. The product seems to be well fabricated and is easy to use.
