We use our filter basket 99% of the time rather than buy the costly single use "pods". We got these as a replacement when our original basket broke. They work well. No leakage and no extra grounds in our coffee. The only thing you need to know is that the basket is a little deeper than a true Keurig basket, so it holds more coffee grounds. But it still fits and works in the old filter cartridge holder. This actually may be of benefit if you have a Keurig that brews larger cups of coffee (like the 12oz) or just like strong coffee. I don't fill these baskets to the top since I don't like really strong coffee.

This filter cup is better than the one Keurig makes. It is a bit larger, but still fits the holster. This allows more coffee for a stronger brew.

I just got my Keurig coffee machine and love it. Love having extra reusable filters. I am using up the supply of ground coffee I already have. I like making one cup of coffee and knowing I can have my second cup of coffee before I have to empty and rinse out both filters until after I am awake! The filters seem to be slightly deeper, maybe 1 teaspoon additional size than the K-cup reusable filter that came with the Keurig coffee machine. Additional amount makes the coffee the strength I like. With the original filter cup basket, I had to set the machine on smaller cup size to dispense. I also have a supply of the pre-filled K-cup coffee, it gets a little pricey but yummy coffee and much cheaper than Name Brand Coffee Shops.

I purchased these to go with my Keurig brewer because the Keurig brand reusable filter would not give me a strong enough cup of coffee (and neither do the pre-measured K-cups). These are a bit larger and the coffee result a bit stronger, but still not strong enough for me even on the small 6 oz setting. If you buy these, note that you also have to purchase the My K-cup brand reusable filter because you need the plastic holster to put in the machine and hold the filter. Even at that, you have a $20 investment that will save you money on expensive k-cups and pay for themselves over time.
These are probably fine for someone who likes McDonald's or Denney's coffee but not for someone who likes it below "espresso" but quite strong. I have come to the conclusion that there is no way to get a strong enough cup of coffee with any of the k-cup brewers.

No where could I find more filters baskets for my Keurig. Everyone had the K Cup, but not the baskets. At $17.00 + I really did not want to pay for the cup that I did not need. This was a fantastic solution! There are two baskets that fit the K Cup at a great price. As a bonus these actually hold more coffee so I can have my dark brewed coffee that I have been missing with the Keurig. For those, and my husband, that do not prefer super dark it will make the larger sizes without watering down the blend. No more washing my one lonely filter between cups of coffee. I always have a filter ready for my Jamaican Blue!

These filters are the perfect replacement filters for My K-Cup insert. If your Keurig does not take a My K-Cup insert these will not work. These filters are not meant to be put directly into the Keurig without the My K-Cup insert! Most of these bad reviews are because people do not understand the product or their Keurig.

These filter baskets are a bit deeper than the Keurig filter, they fit perfectly in My K-Cup and allow for a stronger or larger cup of coffee. I see no sediment getting through these filters. I have used these for numerous cups and travel mugs of coffee and have had no problems or concerns.

Perfect for those of us who like to use our own coffee in our single-serve coffee makers.

We use these with the Keurig MY K-Cup filter and holder. They are cheaper and deeper than the Keurig filter baskets. They hold slightly more coffee than the Keurig and we like that.

I needed extras for my keurig k cup and these were cheaper than the ones on the keurig website. These are also a little deeper than my keurig screen so it holds a little more coffee. No complaints here!

It seemed obvious to me that this filter is meant to be a replacement for the filter that comes with My K-cup. Not sure why so many others are using it standalone. Coffee grounds must go everywhere. I suppose the description should be more clear.

I do agree with some reviews that the filter does seem to let through a fair amount of sediment. It never really bothers me though. I really like the larger filter size when compared to the one that came with My K-cup. Finally you can make a stronger cup of coffee. I will buy again.
