Five million dollars in drug money has gone missing. The city wants it for itself but only one cop has a plan to get it. With the main drug dealer locked up behind bars, Officer Thompson forces the dealer’s former friend, the unwilling Carl Simpson, a teenager that gave up the life of crime, to do his dirty work for him.
