Book Description

Broken down into manageable chunks, One Bite at a Time provides you with steps, tips, links, and motivation to slow down and simplify.

Here’s the thing: I bet most of you know what to do to simplify. You’ve heard most of the little tips and tricks to slow down life and make tasks less frustrating. It’s just overwhelming to know how to start.

With this book, I’m giving you permission to focus on just one thing at a time, until you’ve got that task down—and then you can move on to the next one.

52 tasks. Practical. Do-able. Given to you in a one-at-a-time, take-a-breath format, for you to tackle at your own comfortable pace. You know what you should do, you just need a handbook.

5.0 out of 5 stars So helpful! September 22, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
I loved this e-book! I had read Organized Simplicity by the same author and became hooked on her blog, simplemom.net. I was thrilled when she published "One Bite at a Time" as a condensed version of her best tips. I've tried the 2-week meal planning using my google calendar and it is genius! This is a must-read for anyone who feels like there are not enough hours in the day.

3.0 out of 5 stars All these tips are offered on her website April 29, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This book was helpful to me, I have several handy highlights/notes throughout. At the end if each tip she has a link to her website to compliment them. i was greatly disappointed at the fact I paid $5 for something i could've read on her site for FREE. I could see .99˘ for the kindle convenience, but $5 is unfair with that considered.

5.0 out of 5 stars One bite at a time
I enjoyed the book. She had some good ideas for using the computer to organize things. However, I am trying for 1 project a month as one a week is still a bit much.
