This review is from: One Bullfrog (Hardcover)
Written and illustrated by Sid Hausman, One Bullfrog is a superbly presented, highly recommended children's book that teaches counting through a sequence of different natural animals: one bullfrog, two bats, three lizards, up to ten bears. The verses of the book can be sung to a simple tune on the first page, and naturalistic color illustrations bring each animal to life. A short section at the end offers some fun facts about the wildlife in a charming book to help young people learn their numbers one through ten.
