never order from them again, May 10, 2009
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
I've placed two orders with these clowns, both for Mother's day. I did not received order confirmation or delivery confirmation until the recipient called to thank me for the flowers. I had to call twice in the meantime to make sure that the orders went through. It's obvious that the two companies, Amazon and Proflowers, still need to get their S*** together.
Here are the feedbacks from the recipients, I think the first recipient just said that the flowers "looked lovely" since they were trying to be polite. The second recipient told me flat out, "the flowers did not look pretty". When I ask why, she said that they did not bloom yet. I can now see how Proflowers can provide their 7-day freshness guarantee...it will take that long for the flower to bloom and die.
Here are some suggestions, if you are going to do business over the internet, email communication needs work. Also be clearer about your shipping cost, that information should be provided very clearly next to the price, like all other Amazon items...it's buried somewhere in your fineprint. The customer service people were very helpful, though.
Finally, it's a good thing that I ordered these flowers with a virtual number account that cannot be over-charged....after reading about their unscrupulous practice of "Proflowers / Easy Saver", I say that was a good call.
I would have expected much more from a company affiliated with Amazon. I ordered many products for many years from them, so my faith and trust with Amazon and their ability to flush out the riffraff from their lineup is thrown out with this sorry excuse for a storefront.

Pro-Flowers, May 14, 2009
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
Ordered both the roses and tulips for my wife and mother-in-law for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived Friday as scheduled, and the enclosed directions were followed. By Sunday the flowers began to wilt. By Wednesday they were all dead and drying out. With shipping, I spent more than $70. The only positives were that they were delivered on time and looked good out of the box.

Rip off, May 4, 2009
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
I saw this ad on MSNBC, mention MSNBC and get a FREE vase. WRONG. I ordered the $19.99 dozen roses with free chocolates for my daughter for Mother's day. The delivery charge was $22.98. Then it said I could get $15.00 off of my next order, WRONG. These people are liars and doing all they can to rip people off. Please do not go to this site. I finally had to call them to cancel the order. All I can do now is hope that I am not charged. I would never trust this site. Don't go there, don't trust them.
