never order from them again,
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
I've placed two orders with these clowns, both for Mother's day. I did not received order confirmation or delivery confirmation until the recipient called to thank me for the flowers. I had to call twice in the meantime to make sure that the orders went through. It's obvious that the two companies, Amazon and Proflowers, still need to get their S*** together. Here are the feedbacks from the recipients, I think the first recipient just said that the flowers "looked lovely" since they were trying to be polite. The second recipient told me flat out, "the flowers did not look pretty". When I ask why, she said that they did not bloom yet. I can now see how Proflowers can provide their 7-day freshness guarantee...it will take that long for the flower to bloom and die. Here are some suggestions, if you are going to do business over the internet, email communication needs work. Also be clearer about your shipping cost, that information should be provided very clearly next to the price, like all other Amazon items...it's buried somewhere in your fineprint. The customer service people were very helpful, though. Finally, it's a good thing that I ordered these flowers with a virtual number account that cannot be over-charged....after reading about their unscrupulous practice of "Proflowers / Easy Saver", I say that was a good call. I would have expected much more from a company affiliated with Amazon. I ordered many products for many years from them, so my faith and trust with Amazon and their ability to flush out the riffraff from their lineup is thrown out with this sorry excuse for a storefront.

Pro-Flowers,

Ordered both the roses and tulips for my wife and mother-in-law for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived Friday as scheduled, and the enclosed directions were followed. By Sunday the flowers began to wilt. By Wednesday they were all dead and drying out. With shipping, I spent more than $70. The only positives were that they were delivered on time and looked good out of the box.

Rip off,

I saw this ad on MSNBC, mention MSNBC and get a FREE vase. WRONG. I ordered the $19.99 dozen roses with free chocolates for my daughter for Mother's day. The delivery charge was $22.98. Then it said I could get $15.00 off of my next order, WRONG. These people are liars and doing all they can to rip people off. Please do not go to this site. I finally had to call them to cancel the order. All I can do now is hope that I am not charged. I would never trust this site. Don't go there, don't trust them.

proflowers - hideous service,
By
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
I ordered a four items at various times from proflowers (this was one of them) - the first time it worked, the second time it didn't, but I thought it's a fluke ... Currently their tally with me is 1 out of 4.1. everything OK 2. flowers didn't arrive => complained => flowers arrived three days later, w/o "included" vase => complained => sent separate vase, arrived broken to glass chips => gave up, blamed the delivery service 3. Free vase => never arrived => complained, allegedly they send another one => never arrived => complained => they told me there is nothing they can do (might seem a trifle, but I ordered flowers for a freshly moved student who didn't anything to put the flowers in, I got the vase on purpose, it was needed.) 4. flowers => never arrived => girlfriend thought I forgot anniversary, because I relied on the "surprise" effect of flower/gift and didn't congratulate her otherwise until the evening (ended up showing her the receipt the next day to "prove" it's not my fault) => complained => no refund, no flowers (Before You think I'm a complete idiot, 3&4 were basically at the same time - after 3 I wouldn't have ordered with them) Overall probably the worst experience I've had with a company selling online not located in China.

Never Again!,
By
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
I will never again order from pro-flowers. This is the first time after many many years of internet ordering, that I have been ripped off. The additional charges were outragouse. I ordered a Christmas arrangement with a red and white vase. The additonal charge were just under double of the orginal price. Then the flowers cam in a box with NO vase. The flower quality was poorer than if I had bought twenty dollars of flowers frem Albertsons and they would have been in a vase.I emailed and they said they woudl refund the $16 for the vase, I will be watching close for this refund. In the end I still end up with some really small flowers in a box for, after refund, $47.

Beware of scam,
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
I used to love proflowers until I found out about their scam with Easy Savers. Google "proflowers + easy saver" and read the reports from all the people who have been scammed.

Rotten flowers rip off,
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
I order flowers for the firt time from Pro Flowers based on radio commericals I was hearing. We live in a rural community with no florist, and the closest is 80 miles away. I bought two dozen roses for $29.98, as they advertised. Unfortunately, they failed to mention the exhobitant price for shipping, handling, and gas fee. Really?? So my bill was $43. Ok...I went with it anyway thinking they may still be reputable. The flowers arrived on Thursday afternoon, as I requested. Saw the flowers on Sunday morning, Mother's Day 2011. They were half dead!! The ones that were living, had their necks drooping, and alot of petals had dropped off. I couldn't believe it!! Two dozen looked like half a dozen. They looked like something you'd see on a burial plot 2 months later! I was so embarrased, as should the company. Our mother did everything she was supposed to when she received it, and she too was stunned at the results. I sent my disgust to the company, but do not expect a response. Seven days? Yeah right......try less than four. If there was a zero rating, I would have checked that. Very disappointing, misleading with their costs on their ads, and definitely, very, very low quality.....and I used the word "quality" with extreme reluctance. I will never use this business again. I warn others to avoid it as well.

Not delivered on date promised,
By J. W. (CA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: One Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses
They promised to deliver on Friday, and it arrived on Saturday. I paid extra $5 for guaranteed delivery date, and when they broke that guarantee they only refunded $5. It ruined the whole purpose of receiving a flower at workplace when she wasn't even there to get it.
