I couldn't put it down. I had no idea what parents of premature born children, much less those of children also with special needs, go through in the first year of life. I also had my first child in the same year as the author's daughter Lauren...I was so moved by the author's words, rivetted, I couldn't put it down... I had to read if there was a happy ending. The author's words were very inspiring and made me exceptionally grateful for my little baby boy. Thank you to the author for expressing these special and difficult words.
