Mark Leslie makes being scared so much fun, October 15, 2006
This review is from: One Hand Screaming (Paperback)
Being creeped out was never so much fun. I can just see Mark Leslie
sitting in his dimly lit study, devilishly dreaming up these clever
tales of suspense, each ending with a welcome twist. Included in this
slim but brimming volume is a haunted bookstore, a magic mirror, a slave
race of tortured snowmen, a well-meaning widower whose promise to his
dying wife goes wrong, an extremely funny-macabre rewritten Elvis lyric,
and more. A special treat comes in the form of the end notes, in which
Mark explains how each tale was written. Mark is currently hard at work
on A Canadian Werewolf in New York; I can't wait to see how it turns out.

I was scared, but i couldn't put it down!, November 18, 2004
A Kid's Review
This review is from: One Hand Screaming (Paperback)
I really enjoyed this book. I don't read too much horror, but I was recommended this book by a friend and once I got a few pages into it I couldn't put it down. You won't regret addind this book to your collection.
