"One Heart" is the third single from Céline Dion's One Heart album. It was released on June 16, 2003 outside the United States.
"One Heart" was written and produced by John Shanks and Kara DioGuardi.
"One Heart" was successful on the airplay charts, peaking at #8 in Belgium Flanders, #9 in Germany, #13 in Denmark and on the Canadian Adult Contemporary, and #20 on the Polish National Airplay (#1 on the Regional Airplay). It was a top forty hit on the sales charts, reaching #25 in Austria, #27 in the United Kingdom, #30 in Ireland, #34 in Sweden, #36 in Switzerland, #37 in Belgium Flanders, and #38 in Greece. It peaked also at #34 on the United World Chart.
DioGuardi and Shanks wrote and produced also Dion's 2007 single "Taking Chances."
