I have wanted this CD for the longest time. Me and a friend of mine have just formed a Drama Team at our church and the first human video we are doing is to Arise my Love by Newsong. Some of our friends at United Faith Assembly of god taught us the motion and thing that they came up with.

Newsong (not the current group but the one pictured in this CD cover) is the best vocal group in the field of music, period. The group is no longer together, but, if you can get this CD any where, Buy it. Any CD's by NEWSONG you will love. Amazon should have 1,000 of these in stock.

Best group of musicians & songwriters assembled,

This is the only group I've listened to whose releases get better each time. The new group (not the one pictured here) is the most talented Christian group around. They walk it, talk it and play it!! And they are better in concert than they are on CD!!

Saw them in concert this year -- excellent musicians!!! These guys are the Blues Brothers of Christian music. I don't believe there is an instrument made they cannot play! Wish Amazon carried more of them!

Newsong At Their Best,

I owned this cassette and listened to it frequently back in the 90's. I have been trying to get the mp3 of "Only the Hands" for years with no success. I finally decided just to buy the CD the other day and I am so glad that I did. "Only The Hands" is one of the best Christian songs I've ever heard, but their are so many other good songs on this CD. The original version of "Arise My Love" (Which you also never can find on mp3)is way more powerful than the later version. "Light Your World", "Forever King", and "Marvelous In Our Eyes" are also excellent, basically forgotten songs.
I love this era of Christian music and this version of Newsong.
