I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is one of the better ones in this series. Some of the projects take longer than an hour but they are worth it. Lots of unique ideas.

Being the owner, director, and elementary curriculum master teacher with high quality standards, I am not prone to allowing "paper plate" or "foam" craft activities to be made by my students. I am always on the look out for fabric, wood, or natural materials crafts that children can manage to make with some help. This book is one of my favorites. I first bought it in 2004, and the crafts my students produced were of such a quality that they were "welcomed" by their parents and relatives. The children were very proud of their accomplishment, as each craft required time and patience. A great lesson on the downside of instant gratification. These were Christmas crafts that anyone would put out year after year, not only because of the gift-giver, but also because they were tasteful decorations. Well, I lost this book before I could use it in 2005, and only this year has it dawned on me to see if Amazon (don't know how I lived without Amazon and a computer before) carried this book. Excited hardly describes my feelings with I discovered this craft book on-line. I will try very hard not to lose this copy.

I recently purchased this book and really enjoy it so much. It has a lot of nice Christmas projects that don't take a lot of time and uses basically common items. This is definitely a nice book for anyone who is interested in making Christmas crafts like I do.
