I really love this song by Monica, and her new Cd is so STRONG and SO GOOD, she show a talent lacking in many individuals in today;s music world, the talent of VOICE an actual voice. Its strong, its honest and she is the same type of individual, she shows on this CD and this track that she is a gamechanger, and the game shes playing...shes here to stay.

There is questiion that Monica has had her shares of ups and downs. Unfortunately for her latest song, One In A Lifetime, the second single from her upcoming album Still Standing, she tries to go back to her 90's hey day roots, with a more upbeat R&B sound, that feels a little similar to the way Mary J. Blige articulated with Be Without You a few years ago. I really didn't feel the strength of the song in the way I thought it could've actually showed. I really hope the rest of the album for Monica can absolutely deliver a better sound when it comes out soon.
