5.0 out of 5 stars removing the wall of ego
Stress and insanity help the ego build a wall that conceals the unity and beauty of infinity. Lamont's music, with its simple piano and compelling chords, undermine that wall brick by brick, lovingly freeing your poor trapped self from the obstruction you created. It is the first thing I listen to when my working day is done.

1.0 out of 5 stars CD Length
This is music that touches the heart, but for those with healing practices that are accustomed to CD's of 50-60 minutes in length, you may want to know that this 'One' is a single song with 17 passages. Therefore the total amount of music is about 31 minutes. If you are like me and have an hour-based client practice, you may want to play it in 'repeat' mode.

5.0 out of 5 stars Like floating on a cloud, September 24, 2007
This review is from: One (Audio CD)
I wake in the morning and hit the ground running. My work is such that it is non stop from the moment I walk into my office until I turn off the lights at night. With the gentle flow of this CD I am able to relax between the office and home. It allows me to BREATH for the first time all day and leave it all behind me so that when I get home I am THERE for my family. It is also wonderful on those nights I can't get the thoughts out of my head enough to sleep. I just pop this into the player and drift off into the clouds. It's better then any sleeping pill on the market. I can't wait for the next one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Restful and yet revitalizing, November 13, 2003

Rushing around like the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland..."I'm late, I'm late for a very important date." There never seems to be enough time in a day to get everything done. This music, this CD starts to play and for a few minutes anxiety and frustration evaporate and a restful calm takes its place, almost magically the music has revitalized my spirit.
