There is not a lot in this book that one would not already know about. It does not talk about alternative sources of income such as rental property or owning real estate. Very disappointing.

The advice Mr. Williams conveys is this book is the perfect combination of proven, practical and overlooked by many. His writting is as eloquent as he is clearly experienced.I recommend the book, and Anthony Williams' advice, to all.
