Amazing
The advice Mr. Williams conveys is this book is the perfect combination of proven, practical and overlooked by many. His writting is as eloquent as he is clearly experienced. I recommend the book, and Anthony Williams' advice, to all.

Not my cup of tea!
There is not a lot in this book that one would not already know about. It does not talk about alternative sources of income such as rental property or owning real estate. Very disappointing.
