His book provides a number of strong, yet simple, tools to use to stop drinking and then continues on to tell the reader how he or she can create the best life possible for themselves. It not only addresses the disease of alcoholism but also the underlying psychological and emotional challenges that lead many to turn to a mind-altering drug in the first place. I found it to be an invaluable teacher, a support tool and a friend to help me to live my life fully and freely.
