Read Naturally For students with difficulties reading,

Wow, this product is amazing! I had started using this product on a 5th grade student who was having difficulty reading and was reading at a 3rd grade level. This student was one of those students that we were not going to give up on. I had decided to take this student and give her a try at this program. I tested her like the program states to test her. Once complete, her classroom teacher and I decided that we would place her in the 4.0 level. We started out with both of us learning this program and how it works. You start by timing yourself for a one-minute "cold" read, then you will listen to the CD, do another one-minute timed reading, listen to the story on the CD again, do another one-minute timed reading, go through the comprehension page on the back of the story and then do your one-minute time "hot" reading. Each time that you are recording your timed readings you want each one to increase with the word count and decrease the errors. Eventually, you will see an increase for your "cold" reads and I believe that is what you want to see the most improvement on. Since then I have added two more students to the program; another 5th grader and a 1st grader. I have not have any of the students not want to take part in this great program.
