There are many great songs on this "Best of..." collection but I highly recommend taking the time to find a copy of "Plug Me Into Something." I listened to the album back in the early 70's over and over until it wore out. I was a young, crazy man working in Wyoming with not much money. My friend recommended this album to rock away our "young man blues." While I keep looking for a CD of this record I'm not sure any were printed. With the first guitar lead into "One More Tomorrow," that album saved my sanity in the summer of 74. I've begun to gather all the old music that I enjoyed in the 60's and 70's on CD and this album, along with Ted Nugent's, "Survival of the Fittest," are nearly impossible to find. But as long as I can hear Henry Gross' guitar in my head, I will keep looking.

A sad version of The Best Of Henry Gross. Without the great tunes like Southern Band & Dixie Spiderman all you can look forward to are Tomorrows Memory Lane and One More Tomorrow. Plus the song All My Love.

This is missing some of the best stuff, but I really recomend it anyway. The reason some are not here, is that the record company will not release the music to him to reproduce. :-(
