Easy Meals!!,

Everything used ONLY one pot. Makes preparing dinner so easy. No special equipment is needed as receipies have directions for up to 4 preparation methods: Top-of-the-Stove, Slow Cooker, Pressure Cooker and Wet Clay Cooker. If you do want to venture into new equipment, there is a section titled "A Primer of Pots" to help you decide. I love the Vegitable souffle, Shrimp in Coconut Sauce, Baked Avocado with Crab, Schnitz und Kneppe (buy the book to understand that one). Pastries are included too!! I can't imagine being without this cookbook. |
