"One Way Road" just grabbed me the first time I heard it and hasn't let go since. I've played it past a few friends and each one loved it, smiled like crazy and identified. John Butler Trio was totally new to me...where the hell've I *been*? Now they are essential to my audio existence.

Unexpected twists & turns in this song will just take you along on a wild ride, as it did me and every person who's heard it (I've friends with very different tastes in music) was immediately drawn to it, found it irresistibly infectious and wanted to know the name of the band.

People often ask: "Why does Amazon make these great free downloads available?" I think it's pretty simple when you consider the truth in the old saying: "The first taste is free..." I'm definitely hooked and working my way through the JBT library, now.

Thank you, Amazon, for turning me on to a great band that I probably would otherwise have overlooked. D@mn you, Amazon, for giving me incentive to spend money! What's more important, I asked myself...it's always better to spend a bit to feed one's soul and support an excellent artist.

So I'll walk to the Post Office and back, rather than driving my car and the savings in gasoline will more than compensate for the price of a couple dozen downloads. I'll have my player and my earbuds and be enjoying every step, getting in top condition, to the sound of the JBT. :)

...but still great! it actually has a message and instruments/sounds/melodies that you don't hear everyday all-day on the radio! JBT ROCKS!

I am new to the John Butler Trio. They are very talented but I have to say I was very unpleasantly surprised to learn when the One Way Road CD arrived that it had only 13 minutes of music on it for basically $14! Ridiculous. Amazon robs people for that price. The lengths of the 4 songs were not listed when I purchased it. Buyer beware.
