One Sailor's War Story
This book is a well written - sometimes humorous, sometimes poignant - account of Carleton Patterson's experience in WWII. It is a good reminder of the sacrifice and bravery of this representative of our country's "Greatest Generation". This easy to read book would interest anyone who has a desire to know more about a young sailor's life in World War II. There are a few scenes in the book not appropriate for young children. |
