Unique conversion story,

This review is from: One Shepherd, One Flock (Paperback)
One Shepherd, One Flock is the conversion story of a Congregationalist minister to the Catholic Church. Through his diary, we learn that he has an ardent desire for truth. He addresses such topics as confession, authority, and the countless divisions within Protestantism, to name a few. One Shepherd, One Flock is an outstanding book that makes you want to keep reading to see what finally makes the author convert to Catholicism.
I highly recommend this book because the author's way of thinking makes a lot of sense; he brings up many points that make you nod your head in agreement. He just keeps questioning what is true, and it is interesting to experience his journey to the truth.

I chose this book because Oliver Barres is the father of our new Bishop, John Barres. I can only tell you the apple rolls very close to the tree, both father/mother and son are amazing people. The book has such insight, you will enjoy it and feel blessed from many of the passages...
