Format: Paperback
Women's health publications spill over the shelves of every bookstore, so you might wonder why Michele Howe's new book, One Size Fits All, would be worth your hard-earned cash. The distinguishing factor is the unique combination of valuable information woven into relatable stories. The usefulness is not diminished by the absence of "clinical-speak." Howe shares snippets of personal experiences punctuated with insight and polished with personal application for the reader. Her style is so fresh and authentic you feel like you are chatting with a friend, yet she is so profound that there is an element of excellence only to be gained by listening to those rare people with wisdom borne of their own pain. One Size Fits All will surely be a good fit for women seeking a healthier body, mind and spirit.

Format: Paperback
I found this book to be a very encouraging, and at the same time a reminder (a wake-up call actually!) to slow down, take time, and be more aware of what I encounter each day. It was amazing to read how many things that others write about pertain to my experiences too.

I really appreciated the fact that every new chapter starts with a Bible verse pertaining to its content and also that each chapter ends with a prayer. The most important message I got from this book is to remember to give thanks to be grateful for all that I have and face each and every day with courage--even if at the time I don't see it as a blessing.

I highly recommend this very well written book.

One size fits all has me looking forward to each chapter as Michele speaks to me and so many others about the things we all struggle with or at least need some wisdom and insight on. Reading her words you feel as if you are having a conversation with a friend. Not only is each short story relevant to life, they wrap you up and warm your heart. Helpful? Yes, but they are also interesting and smart. I especially like that there is so much fact and knowledge from so many different sources. And Michele's wisdom gleaned from her own life is a gift that needs to be shared.
