Ryan Cohan's excellent new album, January 14, 2008

Having been turned on to local Chicagoan Ryan Cohan from a fellow jazz loving friend, I really enjoyed his album Here and Now. His latest release One Sky is also very, very good. I am not a jazz expert, and have only begun to delve into the depths of Miles, John, Oscar, Thelonius, etc., but I know when I like a sound. And I like this one alot!
