Don't waste your money, August 17, 2003

"One Thing Leads to Another" is not only a terrific song but a great dance tune, with a good driving beat. It's a standby of mine for DJ'ing. I had been looking for an extended mix (the original is just over three minutes) and thought I'd found it here. No such luck. These four remixes are a disaster, burying the original tune in a generic techno beat that is monotonous and interminable. DJ Boris and Doug Beck seem to have a reputation for their dance mixes, but their results here are masturbatory at best. Stay away.

I read the other review and could not disagree more. ONE STAR???? I loved this cd. Wish the Fixx would do more.
