THE BOOK IS GREAT AND IT REALLY DOES HELP YOU FIND YOUR PRESSURE POINTS.IM FOLLOWING IT ON A REGULAR BASIC. IT IS DIRECT AND THE AUTHORS DO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND IT WORKS.THE BOOK CAME QUICKLY NO PROBLEMS IN RECEIVING IT.

This is one book I will NOT loan out. I read in it each day and get great ideas

As a person interested in natural healing, homeopathic meds and also a firm believer in massage and acupressure I thank God I came across this book. I bought four copies so far and gave three to my friends with families so they can take care of many things before medical care and medicines. A gift received with much enthusiasm. The book explains all the info in such a way most anyone can understand it. The illustrations are clear and the book is worth many times its price.

If medicine is not your thing, trying is believing. It makes any aches and pains go away like magic. Easy to follow and you can get away with treating any issues in public.

this is a very good book to introduce reflexology to a person that is suffering from various areas of pain. I found the pictures and charts to be excellent.
