Unsung blues-punk heroes,
By A Customer
This review is from: One Track Mind (Audio CD)
It's hard to know what to write about these freaks from New York City, except that they perform some of the catchiest damn melodies you'll ever hear. The lyrics are amazing too, even if Marcellus Hall tries to pull off rhyming "Philadelphia" with "fell for you." I promise that "Home=Hang" will be in your head for months after listening to this. Definitely recommended for any fans of Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, though RRJ is infinitely more accessible and melodic. Alt.country fans will find plenty to like, too. Buy it and listen in constant awe.
