The video is a good tape for girl basketball players. I coach girls teams: 3-5 grades and 7-8th grades, and this video is by a very good women's coach. Karen Langeland is quite knowledgeable and is a good teacher on this video. The tape is not for the beginning player but more for the middle school level that have played for 2-3 years. I found this to be a weak point of the tape. However there were excellent tips and teaching points in the ball handling and rebounding sections. I have no problem with my purchase. I would recommend this video to middle school-age girls, parents, and coaches. I can only compare it to what I think is the best basketball video, that being: COACH K's ESPN, "LET'S PLAY BASKETBALL". (this tape is out of print). Its not as good, but I would put it in second place behind that tape.
