(...)Every so called "hardcore" band you listed is nothing but metal, or metal-core (...). Anyway, this is real hardcore, even if you don't like the whole tough guy attitude these guys carry, the songs have a very positive feel( as do the lyrics, read between the lines people). It has the sing alongs, the breakdowns( for all you mosher kids) and the hooks to make up a very real hardcore release. If you get the chance, see them live, awsome show. Really nice guys too. A great album from a great bunch of guys who try( and succeed) to pay tribute to the bands before them, while paving a path for the new generation of hardcore.

Terror is one band who can say that they keep hardcore true. One With the Underdogs brings an oldskool feel that brings you back to the glory days of hardcore, before we saw the rise of fashion bullsh*t overtake the scene. Before all the new 'hardcore' that sounds more like emo-metal than anything good, there were bands like SOIA and Madball doing hardcore right. No make-up, no p*ssy riffs, no girls jeans or hair in the eyes. No entire albums about heartbreak and slit wrists, no crying about life. Terror brings back the true meaning of hardcore. It is supposed to be fast, hard and true. Terror keeps the circle pit open and the fists swinging, your feet dancing and the true meaning of hardcore alive. This ain't about being tough, it's about staying true. And Terror does just that. If you say you like hardcore but hate Terror you're probably convinced that Killswitch Engage is hardcore, and I will dance all over you in the pit. Terror plays hardcore the way it was meant to be played, and will destroy anyone who stands in thier way.
