Terrific value! Hooks are very smooth and of good quality. Sizes are imprinted on the handle. One of mine is printed kind of wacky, but not really a big deal. The hook end is deep, allowing me to be able to crochet faster than hooks with a shallower hook end.

These hooks are lightweight and feel much better than metal or plastic on my hand. The sizes are clearly marked and the hooks themselves are quite attractive. They did not snag on my yarn and seem particularly suitable for slippery yarns. I would still probably use my aluminum hooks on projects with yarns that will create more friction though.

This is a great set of Bamboo hooks. I'm very glad that I ordered them. They're very smooth and light. They work really nicely with the various types of yarn that Iv'e tried them with. I would order them again for sure!

I Love these crochet hooks. For many years I used the metal and then plastic hooks. But with mild arthritis the metal hooks get too cold and really hurt to use. Plastics, well, that was a waste. These are wonderful. Very smooth to work with, lightweight and they don't get cold!! I have switched to all bamboo knitting needles and now these. How wonderful to be able to crochet and knit again without pain. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

This is the first time I chose to purchase bamboo hooks. I always used Susan Bates aluminum. These hooks are great to use and easy on the fingers, especially the H-K.

They are smooth, and because I suffer with arthritis, they don't seem to bother my wrist at all. Love them.

I have crocheted for 30 years and I've never bought a complete set of hooks before. I'm really happy with these. The quality is excellent, they arrived promptly through the mail. The feel of the wood is wonderful, and the wood will only become even smoother with use. I would highly recommend them. Anyone who has never tried wood crochet hooks should definitely give them a try. Buying them as a set is a definite economic advantage as well.

Excellent size range, including many that are almost impossible to find separately in bamboo, let alone in a set. The head is a little more rounded than a similar set I purchased, so they don't slip between threads as easily. On the other hand, they're less likely to split the yarn. Very nice color--look more like hardwood than the more commercially available bamboo.

I love these hooks! I put away my metal hooks and only use these. They feel great in my hands and I don't get tried as fast! Thanks

I ordered these hooks and received them in a few days. The are very beautiful, and crochet fine thread great. Have had other bamboo crochet hooks and they split the yarn, these have a more rounded tip and glide thru the fine/thin yarns. They are a great product and I would recommend them to anyone who crochets. I also collect crochet hooks, and they look beautiful in my collection. They almost look like redwood.

I was a little hesitant ordering these, but the positive review (there was only 1 at the time) swayed me, and my set just arrived, and I am SO PLEASED!!! They are beautiful: nice and hard, wonderfully smooth, and the sizes are very easy to read (one of my sizes was printed twice, off-set, but still very readable). They arrived in a padded envelope via the post office. I just used one with my current project, and I was pleasantly surprised how smooth they are (although not as fast as the colored aluminum ones). The only other bamboo crochet hook I had ever tried before was awful--rough and it was like crocheting with a pipe cleaner. I feel as though I have just elevated my crocheting--these look so beautiful and elegant, and I am looking forward to using them!
