I bought this stool so that I could adjust the height but the lever would not allow it to move up and down. There were no instructions included in the box, either. I'm sending it back, disappointed.

The lever on the stool doesn't work properly. Usually it does nothing at all but sometimes, the stool will raise up, although it doesn't stay in that position. It becomes uncomfortable when I'm in such a low sitting position for a long time. The padding is squished on one side, making lopsided. It doesn't roll all that easily on my thin indoor outdoor carpet. I have only had it a little over a year am I am already looking for a replacement.

THe stool is solid and a good value for the price. However, it is a bit shorter than I wanted. Check height you need before getting this.
