I purchased the One Touch massage Spa Hot Towel Warmer Cabinet,and when i recived it and started to use it,I noticed the door did not seal in the upper right corner.so I notified the company i purchased it from and they informed me that there is no return policy and they
had tested it befor they mailed it and it worked fine.so Im stuck with it.because it dosent seal it looses alot of heat.i will try to fix it my self,but would advise anyone not to buy from bella Rosa massage on amazon Marketplace!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this cabi almost a year ago. It heats up quickly and keeps my hand towels and face cloths just the right temperature. It is small so if you're looking to fit full size bath towels inside you won't get more than perhaps two. It's perfect if you just need it to warm face cloths and hand towels.

I have been using the towel heater about 2 months now and find it to work very well. However, I have not used it to it's capacity as of yet. I expect to preheat a little longer when given that opportunity. Currently, I will heat 6 warm towels a little less than 1 hour to keep and heat and it has done exceptionately well. It was a little larger than expected, but I am pleased with the 2 shelves provided. I have wanted one of these for a very long time, but seeing them at $250+ seemed out of my reach. It turned out to be a great value for my little Mini Spa. I use it for massage, body treatments and pedicures.
