I have never bought a floppier set of turners in my life. The solid black one could be used for stirring soups etc, but you could not wrestle an egg over with that thing if your life depended on it. The only redeeming piece of equipment in this purchase was the tong set which is great and why I was even willing to give it 2 stars.
