There is no need to spray or oil the pan: just put the dough on it and go to town with your toppings.
An aside for those of you who like to grill pizzas at higher temperatures (as we do): Although the pan's label stated not to exceed 450 degrees, we let the grill get as hot as 550 degrees. We used the pizza stone on top of the plate setter in the grill in order to keep the bottom of the pan cool enough to avoid damaging it, but the overall heat in the grill was perfect for getting nice, bubbling cheese. Even with the higher temperature, the pan came through with flying colors!
After I cooked a couple of pizzas with this thing I noticed that it works very well. It cooks the pizza nice and evenly and distributes the heat well. The non-stick coating on it seems to work well in keeping the pizza from sticking to the pan but there is one small downside to the non-stick. After a cutting a couple of pizzas on the pan I noticed that the non-stick material is very fragile in keeping its integrity. I could see noticeable lines where I had cut the pizza. Even if you cut the pizza lightly it will have small markings so as a future warning to anyone who will use this, after your pizza is done cut the pizza on some other surface rather than the pan because you will inevitably ruin the non-stick coating on the pan.
The only drawback for me is, oddly, the nonstick aspect of it. This is because I like to use a pizza wheel on pizzas that are on the pan. I hadn't thought about this before hand, but trying to cut a pizza on this pan is more difficult for me because the pizzas slide around so easily. So, I find myself using a paper towel to hold on to the hot crust as I try to roll the pizza wheel through it. The wheel also creates slices in the nonstick coating (which I had expected, so no big deal).
So, for baking, it's outstanding. Cutting pizza on it is difficult, though, and that also marks up the coating. I got this on sale at Amazon for $6. For that price, I have no real complaints. For the current price of $20, though, I might drop it three stars.

Its a pizza pan, but you can't use a pizza cutter to slice the pie properly because of the little bit of a lip on the edge.. what sense does that make?

I used this pan for homemade and frozen pizzas. Overall, it helped maintain an even bake on the crusts and the toppings. The pan is very easy to clean as well. Read morePublished 1 month ago by James
